Our owners

Proprietor and longtime restaurateur Terri Terry brings together great food, unique California wines, and genuine hospitality at the Cellar Door, and our staff extends that welcoming spirit to newcomers and regulars alike. Located one block off Main Street in Downtown Pleasanton, the Door offers a rotating wine list of over 30 wines by the glass, creative wine flights & unique food pairings, live music on weekends, wine maker seminars, special events, and much more.

Our wines are hand selected from the Central Coast, through the Central Valley, and up through the prestigious regions of Napa and Sonoma. The atmosphere at The Door invites you to stay, relax and savor that perfect glass of wine, perhaps with one of our artisan cheese platters or warm, freshly baked flatbreads. The outdoor patio area is the perfect place to enjoy the concerts in the park on Friday evenings during the summer, and our fireplace lounge is a wonderful place to cozy up with a glass of cabernet when there’s a chill in the air. Special events and private parties are also welcome during the day and on select evenings.
