Hailing from the Northwest, Ty was the lead singer in an influential Pop Rock band called Big Time Rosie. Memorable hooks, 4 part harmonies and the band’s passionate live performances were complimented by a stylistic diversity that ranged from funk and folk to country and straight ahead pop
rock. Several band members including Ty return to the Northwest from time to time for reunion shows. The band’s favorite old haunts- the Buffalo Gap Saloon and Eatery in Portland Or. Served as the spot for many fans to hear and see them over the years. It is no wonder that they recorded a Live Acoustic album here which today stands as the pen ultimate overview of the
bands sound.
