Cellar Door’s wine list features boutique wineries from regions throughout California’s Central Coast, Central and Northern Valleys. Guests have an opportunity to try new wines and learn about the diverse terroir of California’s expansive wine country. All wines are offered by the 1/2 glass, glass or bottle, and featured flights are suggested. A flight is a great way to sample a small selection of a few wines for the purpose of sampling and comparing. Our flights include three wines with 2 oz pours.

Aromas of wet stone, lemon, and citrus, with green apple and spiced pear. Stone and lemony acidity characters opening into subtle notes of apple and pear blossom with aeration. A refreshing, clean style with youthful exuberance and mouth-watering acidity.
Flavors of honey, grapefruit & brioche infused with whispers of apricot, fig & cloves. Subtle concentration and smoothness from judicious use of French oak.
Subtle aromas of jasmine flower, citrus oil, green apple and pear. Aromatics are complemented by fresh kiwi, lemon drop and Pippin apple flavors.
Fresh, pithy citrus flavors and some barely ripe apple and lime blossom with a soft round texture from lees aging. Finishes with a crisp precision and charming length.
Trebbiano 60%, Malvasia 20%, Sauvignon and Chardonnay 10% each combine for deep floral aromas and flavors of peach, apple and pineapple. Finishes with fresh minerality.
Notes of tangerine, orange blossoms, and membrillo on the nose. Flavors of pear, McIntosh apple, pink grapefruit juice and a hint of lychee.

This example of Pinot Grigio from an excellent producer has mouthwatering aromas of peach blossoms that give way to crisp apple flavors that wash over the palate.

Chardonnay 40%, Xarello 18, Macabeo 18%, Paradella 18% and Pinot Noir 6%. Shows bright aromas of peach, lemon and orange zest, with a touch of licorice. The wine is concentrated, tactile and dense in the mouth, with a sappy, stony character with citrus, pit fruit and anise flavors. Shows richness and vivacity in the mouth with a big bright finish.
Blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. Crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors.
Blend of Pinot Meunier 60% and Chardonnay 40% makes for a pillowy mouthfeel with peach, apricot and multigrain bread aromas. Very well balanced!
